About Roland:

I am a clergy member in Canada. I grew up in Vancouver and studied theology in Toronto. I have served in various small churches across the prairies and northeastern Ontario.

In 2010, I sought a new challenge and became interested in a psychological-spiritual tool called the Enneagram. It has greatly impacted my life, and I am passionate about sharing it with others. I have received training from the Enneagram Institute, the Deep Coaching Institute, and the Year Long Enneagram Certification through the Shift Network.

  Coaching and the Enneagram are my passions. I feel honoured to accompany clients in their journey towards rediscovering their purpose and gaining emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual skills. I believe that everyone already possesses the answers to their challenges within themselves, and as a coach, my role is to assist you in finding your path.

  Since 2017, I have been running my coaching business, and I now feel called to support clergy members struggling with burnout. I know some of the challenges of ministry from my years of pastoral ministry.

  The demanding nature of the profession, combined with the impact of Covid, has prompted many clergy to question their commitment to ministry. I invite you to explore self-discovery through the Enneagram, as it can guide you toward recovery and help you connect with your higher self.
